The location is very convenient. Everything nearby,m, shops, bars, etc. Room interior is a bit outdated, old building, even AC but works perfectly tho. Staff very helpful, there's also rent a motorbike service.

Well maintained room , clean washroom , decent pool , The rooms have a refrigerator ,AC, and free wifi , it was overall a good stay ✌️

Air conditioner not working properly bathroom flash, also not working properly Commode is very dirty. The washrooms dirty & unhygienic.

Terrible, guys do not fall for the photos, the place is literally terrible the bathroom was yuck for the following reasons: the jet spray was continuously leaking the flush was not functioning properly sometimes had to fill the bucket and then flush it the water for bathing was muddy same with wash basin we had to use bisleri for brushing our teeths and i didn't bathe for 3 days. There was no reception nothing just a random guy came and gave the key and we never saw him again. No number to connect on asked help from the number but no response on that number the curtains had "cum" stains on them. So if you are interested in staying in such a place please do visit them. I wish there was a option for 0 star.

On arrival at 10pmdue to train delays, arriving at the hotel with my guest we had to s pk to security to get him to call the manager after a conversation the guards gave us a key to the room. The day before i had visited to confirm the booking and that my guest would be staying 3 days and will be late but this fell on deaf ears as end of season and cheap room prices so not great service. Room ok, fridge needed a clean and ac needed a clean but otherwise fine fir 3 star discounted.

It was very bad experience for me. Whole night there was no electricity also they don’t have any power backup. Me and my children couldn’t sleep whole night. We got room in next building where there is no reception counter also no intercom is there. The bathroom is also very dirty and also dirty linen. That was very bad experience in goa. I pay rs 2912- for this dirty room. Also they are showing ac in the room but they have to power backup. This was horror experience.
